De Crolly Distillery (Iers: Croithlí) werd in 2020 opgericht in het gelijknamige Gaeltacht-dorp in County Donegal en is de eerste vergunde whiskeydistilleerderij in Donegal sinds 1840. Ze is gevestigd in een gerestaureerd stenen gebouw uit 1902, dat eerder onder meer de befaamde Crolly Doll-poppenfabriek huisvestte. In de plaatselijke traditie wordt er dubbel gedistilleerd op direct gestookte koperen ketels uit de Cognac-streek, met lokaal graan en zuiver Donegal-water.
