Falkirk werd opgericht door de familie Stewart en kreeg in 2010 een bouwvergunning, maar werd pas in 2020 volledig operationeel. Ze ligt halverwege Edinburgh en Glasgow, op een historisch terrein langs de Antonijnse Muur (Werelderfgoed). De distilleerderij maakt onverveende Lowland single malt op de gerenoveerde koperen ketels van de gesloten Caperdonich-distilleerderij. De eerste flessen kwamen eind 2023 onder de hamer.
